Dr. Douglas Oliver Affirms Commitment to Hemis

LAS VEGAS (Business Wire EON) November 6, 2007 -- Hemis Corporation is announcing that Chief Geologist Dr. Douglas Oliver is still committed as COO of Hemis Corporation on a full-time basis.

The Company's recent 8K announced Dr. Oliver's resignation as a Director of the Company.

Dr. Oliver is still a key member of the management team and decided to step back as a director of the Company due to the fact that the Company's corporate office is in Switzerland and he spends the majority of his time working on exploration projects in the field in North America. This distance created administrational issues.

Dr. Oliver states: "I am still committed as the Chief Geologist of Hemis and I want to focus my energy on where it is best used, in the field as a geologist. My decision was based on practical reasons and my involvement and commitment to the Company is stronger than ever."
